The Olde Naples neighborhood in the City of Naples has most of the original homes in Naples, many dating from near the turn of the century. Extending north from the Third Street South shopping area to the new Four Seasons Resort (construction began in early 2022) and west from US 41 to the Gulf of Mexico, the neighborhood is filled with mature palms and tropical landscaping and a mix of old and new homes.
Because of the historic charm of downtown Naples grid street system, the 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South commercial areas, and proximity to the beach, Olde Naples is a natural draw for visitors and permanent residents. In recent years, we've seen a reinvestment in the area with a plethora of new construction homes and condominiums in many different styles.
