Lynne was amazing with helping us to find a home in Naples and assisting us every step of the way through the process. From the first moment we contacted Lynne her professionalism was above superior. She immediately helped us start the process of getting pre-qualified and proceeded to make arrangements for showings. We had limited visits to Naples and were working long distance through this whole transition. During our short visits Lynne listened to our needs (many), wants, and desires in a new home and tailored the list of prospective homes to those needs. She was in constant contact with us as new homes came on the market and she previewed homes for us when we were not able to come to FL. Once we found the perfect home Lynne assisted us through each step in the process. Again, much of our dealings were done from a distance and Lynne was our “feet on the ground”. She coordinated many details that needed to be arranged in order for us to have a smooth transition especially with understanding and navigating through dealing with a homeowners association. Today we have been in our new home for 1 month and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The location of the home is perfect for my husband’s travels and need for the airport and proximity to my job. Lynne Hancock was wonderful! She constantly went beyond the the basic duties of a realtor and helped us understand the process of choosing and buying our first home.
